Weekly Beef Export Sales      04/30 07:35

Hides and Skins: Net sales of 382,800 pieces for 2026 primarily for China 
(232,100 whole cattle hides, including decreases of 3,800 pieces), Mexico 
(103,300 whole cattle hides, including decreases of 1,300 pieces), South Korea 
(28,900 whole cattle hides, including decreases of 2,200 pieces), Thailand 
(16,000 whole cattle hides, including decreases of 1,800 pieces), and Italy 
(2,000 whole cattle hides, including decreases of 700 pieces), were offset by 
reductions for India (100 pieces). In addition, total net sales reductions of 
1,600 kip skins were for Germany. Exports of 348,700 whole cattle hides were 
primarily to China (230,100 pieces), Mexico (46,900 pieces), South Korea 
(29,800 
pieces), Thailand (15,400 pieces), and Italy (11,800 pieces). Exports of 1,300 
kip skins were to Germany.

Net sales of 176,700 wet blues for 2026 were primarily for Hong Kong (50,300 
unsplit, including decreases of 100 unsplit), China (41,600 unsplit), Vietnam 
(39,200 unsplit, including decreases of 100 unsplit), Thailand (34,000 
unsplit), 
and Italy (5,200 unsplit, including decreases of 200 unsplit). No net sales of 
other excluding wet blues were reported for the week. Exports of 157,100 wet 
blues were primarily to Vietnam (46,400 unsplit), Italy (37,300 unsplit), 
Thailand (20,500 unsplit), China (19,200 unsplit), and Hong Kong (15,300 
unsplit). No exports of other excluding wet blues were reported for the week. 
Total net sales of 86,000 splits were for China. Exports of 43,000 splits were 
to 
China. 

Beef: Net sales of 13,800 MT for 2026 were down 10 percent from the previous 
week 
and 3 percent from the prior 4-week average. Increases were primarily for South 
Korea (6,200 MT, including decreases of 500 MT), Japan (3,100 MT, including 
decreases of 500 MT), Hong Kong (1,300 MT, including decreases of 100 MT), 
Taiwan 
(1,000 MT, including decreases of 400 MT), and Mexico (800 MT). Exports of 
12,300 
MT were down 3 percent from the previous week and 8 percent from the prior 
4-week 
average. The destinations were primarily to South Korea (3,800 MT), Japan 
(3,700 
MT), Hong Kong (1,300 MT), Taiwan (1,100 MT), and Mexico (1,100 MT).

Export Adjustments: Accumulated exports of beef to Korea, Democratic People's 
Republic were adjusted down 6 MT for week ending April 2, 88 MT for week ending 
April 9, and 55 MT for week ending April 16. These exports were reported in 
error. 

Pork: Net sales of 46,300 MT for 2026 were up noticeably from the previous week 
and up 34 percent from the prior 4-week average. Increases primarily for Mexico 
(26,100 MT, including decreases of 200 MT), China (8,800 MT, including 
decreases 
of 200 MT), Japan (3,600 MT, including decreases of 800 MT), South Korea (2,600 
MT, including decreases of 200 MT), and Canada (1,200 MT, including decreases 
of 
700 MT), were offset by reductions for New Zealand (100 MT). Exports of 35,000 
MT 
were down 8 percent from the previous week and 6 percent from the prior 4-week 
average. The destinations were primarily to Mexico (16,300 MT), Japan (4,500 
MT), 
South Korea (4,100 MT), China (3,000 MT), and Canada (1,600 MT).
